To better understand how different students behave in various situations depending on their daily academic performance, we conduct cluster analysis and evaluate students’ engagement throughout the academic year using several assessment methods.
At Oxford International School, different student clusters will be identified, each with its own set of behavioral patterns and performance levels.
At the beginning of the 2022–2023 academic year, all students admitted to Oxford International School will be placed in an evaluation platform, which will be visible both to the students themselves and to their parents.
Main categories of the Leadership Scale platform used for evaluation:
Student performance across all subjects;
Attendance;
Active participation during lessons;
Involvement in extracurricular activities;
Exam results for all subjects;
Achievements based on volunteer work.
